Employment and salary verification

The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas uses Equifax’s The Work Number service to provide employment and salary verification.

Employees in need of employment or salary verification may provide the information below to any party.

Verification requests must be submitted by credentialed verifiers, meaning a process must be completed to document permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Verification requests may be submitted online or by calling 800-367-5690. The following information is required:

For employment verification

• Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas code: 11104
• The employee's Social Security number

For employment plus income verification

• Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas code: 11104
• The employee's Social Security number
• In some instances, a verifier may request a salary key, a single-use, six-digit code that serves as consent to access salary information. Employees may obtain salary keys online, using employer code 11104 to sign in.
