Rosa SantanaRosa Santana joined the Dallas Fed’s San Antonio Branch board in 2023.

She is founder and CEO of the Santana Group and its affiliated companies, which provide human capital solutions, contract manufacturing and business process outsourcing services to businesses in the United States and Mexico.

Santana is a board member of the U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Educational Fund; the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce; the greater:SATX Regional Economic Partnership and its SA Worx Advisory Council; the Latino Business Action Network; and the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Supplier Executive Advisory Council.

Santana has won numerous awards, including the Southwest Minority Supplier Business Development Council’s 2022 Minority Business Enterprise of the Year award, the 2020 Minority Business Development Agency's National Distinguished Supplier Diversity award and the 2019 Central Texas Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year award. Additionally, Santana was named to Automotive News' 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry in 2020.

She attended El Paso Community College and completed minority business executive programs at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth University and the advanced management education program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
