Special Questions Comments

Survey participants are given the opportunity to submit comments. Some comments have been edited for grammar and clarity.

  • Higher interest rates will force consumers to seek more personal debt. The new spending bill approved by Congress will increase supply of single-family residential 1–4 unit construction, but the impact of this bill will be felt in a time frame longer than 3 months.
